We are looking for you as our Key Account Manager DACH (m/f), leading the Central European Sales activities on the Group level. We are combining 3 brands in our company conglomerate. You will take an active role in supporting the EUCO organization to profitability and growth.

Job description:

  • Managing the DACH Sales organization of a profitable, internationally market-leading player in Industrial IOT and Serviced IoT domains.
  • Fulfilment of Growth Strategy in terms of Go-To-Market optimization per portfolio company
  • Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
  • Identity and close Design Wins in appointed Key Customers/Target accounts in DACH and ensure revenue expectations and customer growth strategy
  • Implement upcoming restructuring activities with a focus on optimizing sales penetration
  • Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
  • Drive DACH territory plan and process (target account strategy), working with existing and future target accounts, Striving for revenue growth in all companies
  • Portwell: identify and win embedded opportunities in IIOT, Gaming/Lottery, MedTech, Transportation
  • Kiosk: in close collaboration with our Director of BDM SIoT, establish KIS Embedded systems as a brand and identify Retail/DS/Hospitality Key Accounts and new Channels
  • POS: hunt for high volume projects and support existing Channels, creating Partner Development Program
  • Acting as a bridge across an organization to increase broad cohesion for Sales cross-selling
  • Supervise Pricing Strategy, Margin contributions E2E and regional P&Ls in DACH
  • Coordinate pricing and execution strategy with Sales Reps and customers.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of B2B technical, embedded industry sales management experience in DACH
  • Hunting capabilities, and ability to identify embedded projects on board, system, and server-graded projects as a priority.
  • demonstrated performance in closing Design Wins
  • Engineering or Computer Science Degree is desired
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive presentation ability, and driver mentality with a good team spirit and attitude
  • Ability to balance Key Customers and Channels, management, and common business development activities
  • Belief in strategic sales processes and willingness to adopt and promote concepts to the team
  • German fluent and very good English language skills
